    What would you choose?

On a silver car, I would go for classic alloys. Not black. Maybe a Dezent TE? If you find that too classic, maybe a Dotz Kendo?

    What would you choose?

Depends on the colour of your car. The Dotz Pinstripe is high on my list as well.

    What would you choose?

The Oz Racing wheels in your first post. I've been looking at those myself ;)

    Replacing the crappy Head unit

Do you know if the speakers are regular 16,5 cm units?

    Replacing the crappy Head unit

Ah, OK. I've read pretty bad reviews about that one on the XV forum. My car has the unit with navigation. That's supposed to be better on all accounts, so that's why I'm insisting on keeping it and just upgrading the speakers.

    Replacing the crappy Head unit

Which head unit did you have originally? There's two different stock models.

    Your Current Ride.

I haven't tried sport mode yet. I only have 400km on the clock, I'm waiting until about 1000 before I'll start pushing it. I did try the sport mode during my second test drive and did notice the car felt a lot snappier. But even when only revving up to 4000RPM, the difference with the XV is...

    Upgrading stock speakers

I'll see where I go, but I've invested lots of money in upgrading previous cars and I'm set on keeping the Levorg as stock as possible.

This mirrors my experience totally. 0-100 time isn't all that impressive because the car takes some time to get off the line. But it shifts from 70 to 90, for instance, in a heartbeat. And yes, after the XV, the quietness is something I really noticed. Shame you don't get to enjoy that boxer...

    Upgrading stock speakers

The HU is staying. I know it's not perfect, but I do like the functionality and it seems to work decently. Higher sensitivity speakers should help with volume. And if it's not an improvement, it was a cheap attempt that probably won't hurt sound either.

    Prospective new Levorg owner

The acceleration isn't mindblowing, mostly because it's a rather heavy car I assume. But I've given up on traffic light sprints ;) It has plenty of power to participate in traffic though. But yeah, because it's so quiet and comfy you don't get the notion of speed.

    Prospective new Levorg owner

Hey man, I'm from East Flanders. I wasn't going to order the Levorg, because I'm very pleased with my XV, with exactly the same remarks as you :) But the Levorg is just so damn nice. Did you have a testdrive yet?

    Prospective new Levorg owner

I ordered the Premium GT-S. We get two trim levels, Comfort and Premium. I want a satnav, so I had to go for the Premium. Other than that, the Comfort has pretty much everything you need. Premium adds a sunroof, bigger rims, leather seats and satnav. We only get the 1.6 engine, but for everyday...

    Levorg Review Thread

Did two test drives with a Levorg over the last couple of months. Compared to my XV it's more quiet, smoother, the interior trim feels a lot more upscale... The 1.6 engine is decent for daily driving, but it's obviously not going to tear up the asphalt. For me, it fixes the couple of things I...

I'm from Belgium, where Subarus are pretty exclusive.

    Upgrading stock speakers

While the stock audio system in the Levorg seems quite good (in as much as a 30 minute testdrive can show), I'm convinced a speaker upgrade and some damping in the doors would benefit the sound. I'll probably install a Kicker set. Anyone have any experience upgrading speakers? Which model would...

    Prospective new Levorg owner

Hi there. The bank willing, I'll be the happy owner of a shiny Levorg come April. Some info about me : I currently drive a 2013 XV. Really pleased with it, but the Levorg is just a bit sportier. I only drive Japanese cars, the XV was my first Subaru though. Big mistake, I should have switched...
