We've had the same problem for quite some time now. Light pinging then massive amounts of black smoke. We got to a Subaru specialist but not Subaru and I've ofetn wondered if there was an updated tune. We only run 98 and have even tried keeping the tank above half just incase it was a surge problem.

I think 200kw at the wheels in a Levorg with the right set up would be a whole lot of fun. I've got friends with WRX's running those numbers and they get along nicely.

Apparently MRT list their output figures for the XA and XB upgrades (both CVT safe) on their website but I haven't been able to find them.

Ok cool. Apparently ours has a few extra options. Like your surround only it was blue. We're thinking it may have been a reflection of a car in the yard however the blue was what drew us to it over the other ones available at the time. Sounds weird I know. I'll see if I can dig up the photos.

Has anyone had their Levorg tuned yet? If so how was it air/fuel or a bit more boost as well. If so what boost are you running and what numbers is it putting out? Also what is considered safe for the CVT if you're not into crazy launches from the lights?

Very nice. The STI lip with the red would look hot... When we bought ours it looked like it had a blue insert on the photos (must have been a reflection). What model didn't come with the mesh grill or is it an option when buying new?

No worries. I've spoken to car mods and superpro make the front as well. As far as goals go It's a daily family wagon during the week and fun car on the weekends.

Hi Guys. Washed the car for the first time on a bit of a slope and when I opened the front door quite a decent amount of water came out of the bottom drain holes. Anyone else had this happen?

Has anyone upgraded their sway bars. Just got off the phone to car mods. Apparently whiteline don't make a front sway bar and may not end up doing so.

Thanks mate. With the straight through mufflers there is no change in exhaust note whatsoever. She's still all engine noise. Looking into maybe a 2.5" cat back or maybe even the full 3" turbo back. It's a family car so compromise is the key.

What exhaust are you running?

We've got Tein's (they came with the car) with stock swaybars. I guess it's a bit stiff for a family wagon (ours is a family wagon) but if you don't mind lifting wheels off the ground on steep drives I would def recommend coilovers. It handles really well. I've got springs and swaybars in my 03...
