I'm pretty sure folding side mirrors are standard on most cars that are marketed to Europe and Asia since they're necessary for parking. I've been told that people will fold your side mirrors for you if you don't since it's considered rude to keep them out, which is why people like auto-folding side mirrors.
No clue about the rear door, though.

Does not seem to be an option of Australian models from Subaru ATM
Subaru Aus don't have as an option but Europe does, but it seems the option list is changing frequently, I want the auto folding mirrors too and will source elsewhere if they can't provide here.

Bit late, but the Aus models actually has it. Not auto, but the push of a button type.

I can confirm, AUS model not auto. Like Dee mentioned, open, fold manually.

It's fun, but I wouldn't go as far just to save fuel. I prefer rear view visibility over a few hundred meters per liter
