Navigation While Driving

Has there been anyone out there that has hacked the head unit to allow navigation input while driving?

I have no idea what you are referring to ; I can select a destination in the head unit while I'm going down the highway in my car...

It might be related to some local regulations that forces subaru to block this in yours thou.

Yep, if I have a preprogrammed destination saves that works fine, although there has been a couple times where I was required to enter an address while driving (The passenger was doing this) and the function was blocked out. Ill send though a screen grab when I get a chance.

Same for me.. it won't allow it unless your motionless... lets you find local restaurants but won't allow a new destination,, forces you to use the phone while driving
