Put your vin number into partsouq and you'll get the correct part numbers. I replaced mine but mine is a 2015 JDM

Have you changed the spark plugs on the car recently? Might be worth changing them to rule that out.

5W30 oil is the way to go.

If you have done 105k miles i would change all the diff oils. The car will only thank you changing the engine oil as often as 10km Intervals, Change the spark plugs also if they have never been done. I can't speak of the CVT oil change but by many people they change it every 100km also.

Hey welcome along. Throw up some photos of your car. Where are you based and did you import it yourself? Not sure there are many of them in the forum here with your car.
