I've got a blue Vorg, and I think I could put some chunky rally style flaps on it, maybe in red, just to contrast a bit, and lean I to the rally heritage of Subaru. (Love my vorg, but I'm sure people think it's a corolla with a bonnet scoop). I'm in the UK. Does anyone have any links or advice...

My engine bay is really not very clean. I thought maybe the bonnet scoop was bringing in lots of crap? Maybe I need to get out and give it a clean. Any tips for cleaning under there?

I was heading anti clock around the M25 today at about 1645 and spotted a blue Vorg pulled up on the hard shoulder up on a jack. Looked like maybe a front left wheel change? If that was you, I hope you got it sorted and were able to continue the journey.

Yeah, but head unit changes seem like an expensive pain in the ass. If there was a plug and play option, with android auto I'd probably do it, but even then it's using crap speakers with zero bass.

This is the only pic I have. The other thing is the knocking from the suspension has cleared up. I also did the the front pads, and there was a brake squeal before that has also gone. Perhaps the noise was a badly fitting brake pad? Aircon is blowing ice cold. Let's hope it remains that way...

Ok. The £50 condenser is in. I was a bit battered, but took the gas fill fine. I think the seller said it was off WRX, so now we know they share that part.

Just found one on eBay for £50 and says it's pressure tested. Worth a punt for £50 I guess. Says it's for a WRX but seller listed the "correct" part number.

Thanks for the replies. I put my vin in and it showed part ending 000, with a substitution for part 001. So, I think that they are interchangeable? I've never bought from partsouq before and shipping is £125! I'll use the parts number and keep looking.

Me again. So my AC was looked at, and they said the condenser needs replacing. Does anyone have any tips on sourcing one in the UK? I can probably find the part number with my VIN, but if anyone has it handy, please let me know. It's for a 2015 1.6 GT. Cheers

I've had the GT for a few months now, and it's time to get the spanners out and change the oil. I've done basic, drain, fill and filter changes on every car I've had, but are there any gotchas on the 1.6DIT? Also, do I have to do anything with fluids in the CVT or diff or change the plugs...

I took a punt and bought one of these. Didn't need the extra "wing" bits, just clamped to the headrest posts. Does the job fine.
