Yes from what im aware has same bumper as VMG and a few on here have done the swap. If you do change the bumper you will need to change a few other bits as well front fenders/wings dont line up, crash bar and some other pieces check out Charlie_chings posts hes done the swap from VMG to STI...

no the grill for STI is different to the VM4 and VMG different bumper arrangement.

I removed mine without taking the grill off. I used a heat gun and some plastic pry tools. didn't come off nicely, couldn't reuse. I was replacing with a new one though so didn't mind if got a bit bent. Was a pain but got there Heres the back of the stock grill, no screws just locator tabs.
