    Replacing the crappy Head unit

As I remember it's clipped up with the typical push-pins on the back side. So Just pulling it down will work fine. I don't remember it to be somehow affixed at the sides/front besides it being clamped behind the handles and the B pillar cover (where the seatbelt is). You will also have to remove...

    Replacing the crappy Head unit

I don't think I did but all those things are pretty stright-forward do complete: Remove some covers in the trunk area, at least the left side cover and pull down the ceiling to access the screw holding the OEM antenna in place Remove the OEM Antenna and place the replacement into the same hole...

Levorg Mirror Folder and Window Roll Up/Down Module

Another update... I talked to the vendor who sent me the roof window closing module labeled "Levorg" which did not work. As I asked them to send me the one actually shown on aliexpress picture which seem to have the right connectors the told me actually not the cable but also the relais module...

Levorg Mirror Folder and Window Roll Up/Down Module

It's an LHD. I think someone in this thread said it matters at least for the window kit as the cabling might be different. For the roof window module I don't think it matters. I have told the vendor that I am having an LHD model and at least for the window kit I got the right set of cables.

Levorg Mirror Folder and Window Roll Up/Down Module

I did order a set as well. In fact both modules, the window control and mirror folder as well as the roof window closer. First I tried to install the roof window closing module but failed because they have sent me the wrong harness. In fact the module is plugged directly at the drive motor...

Levorg Mirror Folder and Window Roll Up/Down Module

I am not fully sure what @ozkan bicer is selling or whether this is a cutom development. From the web page it looks like he's mainly selling services for Subaru in Turkey. The web page however is in Turkish and I don't understand much except the pictures ;). However seems to be legit service...

    Tune.

Interesting that here people talk about max kW the CVT can take. As of my understanding the CVT has a maximum torque (Nm) it can handle. Obviously the 1.6l model puts out a max. of 250Nm and I think I read the limit is at about 300Nm without chain slip. The maximum Torque it can handle is mainly...

Rim size and offest question for going to AFM wheels

I need to add some clarification here. My rims are ET40 and the manufacturer approval paper says that 215mm tyres are fine. 225mm tyres require to modify this push-pin mounting bracket on the back. So I didn't even bother checking it and did this modification as it's easy to do: Just get a hot...

Rim size and offest question for going to AFM wheels

I got some 18x8 ET40 with OEM Dunlop SportMax 225/45 fitted on my MY17 Levorg for summer use. Well, I needed to bend-in one of the push-pin mounting noses at the rear fender in order to avoid touching. On the front it's OK without any modifications. Fitting wider rims or tyres or lower offset...

How to remove E brake cover?

You are right. It just pulls off. Carefully lift it upwarts from both sides. There are only plastic clips which hold it in place. Nothing will break. Just make sure you don't scratch the edges when pulling. I just created a couple of pictures for you where you can see the clips underneath. See...

    FS: Corazon LED Tail Lights

I thought about the black ones too. Corazon seems to have various options like chrome bezel, black bezel or black edition. Each of them available with normal or switch version to switch between sequential and solid indicators. Even more complex they seem to have versions where only the outer...

    FS: Corazon LED Tail Lights

They look very nice. I thought about getting some too but need to make sure they would be street legal. Could you check if they are "E"-Approved. ie. if they come with some E-Stamp marked on the glass? There should be a circle with an E and a number attached to it. Like you can see here. The...

    Stumpvold's Levorg

Quite sure you need to remove the whole center console. You can't take out the front part (including the leather sides) without removing the "back-side" part including armrest. At least not without damaging anything. But these parts are totally easy to remove: Remove the two screws at the...

    STI Wheel Upgrade

Well, I wouldn't even be allowed to run anything wider than +15mm on each side. Here in Switzerland it's only allowed to put wheels (or spacers, but for spacers there are even more strict regulations) which widen the car by 1% on each side. The Levorg has a wheel gauge of 1530mm which means I...

    STI Wheel Upgrade

I have bought some replacement wheels for mine too. They are Tomason TN17 branded in dimensions 18x8.0 +40. I can't actually believe that 18x9 +30 will fit. Of course it also depends on the tire dimensions. On my 18x8.0 +40 I currently fitted the stock tires (225/40/R18). With my wheels it just...

    Replacing the crappy Head unit

It probably depends on the model. Mine didn't come with the factory navigation system. As of my knowledge the navigation radio is different, also the steering wheel buttons are different then. Mine is just resistor-based SWC, so I can directly hook it up to my chinese android head unit without...

    Replacing the crappy Head unit

Yes it is, also the service manual and some warnings (eg. on cooler cap) are in turkish. Hmm. I searched and unfortunately it looks like I didn't take pictures when replacing the roof antenna. But here's a description... When you release the ceiling at the back of the car where the roof...

    Replacing the crappy Head unit

Are you sure? I have replaced my rooftop antenna with one supporting DAB+ amplification. The stock antenna definitely has an amplifier built-in and is powered via dedicated 12V line. Many antennas are phantom-powered, meaning they are powered by the antenna line directly. But my OEM Levorg...

    Replacing the crappy Head unit

Well, I didn't buy from Subispeed. They seem to offer this package for STI and WRX models but those models seem to use Subaru 20-Pin connector while my Levorg seems to have a 28-Pin main connector and the 6-pin speaker connector as well as the 10-pin speaker/power connector. Also with my Unit I...
