Never seen that inner view mirror button that triggers the camera when depressed. I got a MY2015 though, so maybe that's why :-)

what do you mean by "not working" ? when you put in reverse, the head unit isn't showing camera ? it's showing a black image ? it's showing a picture, not a video stream ? the image is reversed ?

There's a known issue with the shock tower bushings/rollers thing (that's at the top of the shock absorber) (I had to get mine replaced at like 50kkm). That might be the source of your noise.

I had a leak at the valve itself, a couple of years ago. This may have been rushed/improper installation, rim defect, or just bad luck, I don't know. But dealer (who fitted the valves on the new rims) fixed it free of charge :)

mine sometimes misbehave like you describe, but that's typically when the protective floormap protudes out just too much. putting it back in place (or slamming that boot) does the trick usually.
