Aircon trouble

2017 Levorg. Will take it to the shop but I don't entirely trust Philippines mechanics so much so hoping for some thoughts here first before I do. Aircon not very cold, but slightly 'cool' from the right hand side vents and not at all cool from the left hand side. Noticeably different temps from left to right. Any experiences? Thanks!

Hey just checking....But you don't happen to have the dual zones set to different temps by chance do you?

I also had weird t° difference between vents, and overall a baaaad cooling experience.
turns out the heat exchanger up front was damaged and leaking, causing an unfortunate gas/fluid leak, and basically no cold for cooling incoming air.

Could even be a mix door actuator motor failing or obstruction of one of the flaps.
