No boost loud dumping

I cleaned my pcv valve, throttle body and intercooler and found I really needed to pull / push the inlet pipe to get it onto the intercooler.

After a faf I managed to get it on, and during a test drive i can hear a whistle and I have no boost. When I let go of the gas, it's like I have a dump valve fitted and get a loud tussshh but have no increase in speed.

I don't have any warning lights or issues with idle or driving.

I feel like the pipe may be slightly off the turbo but it's red hot at the minute so I can't get to it .

I'm sure I've seen another post about a breather being off causing the loud tussh but can't find it.

*fixed it. A clip was loose.

Quick update. Turns out that on one side of the intercooler there's a small pipe that joins the inlet to to intercooler. There's 2 jubilee clips that hold it in place, and I only tightened one.

All fixed now.
