Transmission change

Hey fam, I'm Tirop from Kenya. My 2016 levorg has had a problem with the gearbox since I bought it. The car has a very loud noise and I would like to change the transmission asap. I was wondering if it is possible to use the TR690 instead of TR580GB in my 1.6L levorg? Ans if it is possible, will it increase power? I will be waiting for your opinions. Thanks

I think that you'll find out that the gearbox bell housings are different sizes. Apart from that issue, it's the engine that dictates power output, not the gearbox. I think that you're under the impression that if you use the 2.0L sourced gearbox on your 1.6L Levorg, it will increase the power output or performance, it won't.
