Akin to the Levorg fuel consumption topic, I thought it'd be valuable we post here our wheels/tires sizes for whoever wants some custom stance to know what's doable with what kind of modification.

FWIW, factory set up for levorgs are as such (both MK1 and MK2) (source : wheel-size.com)

Tire sizeRim specs
215/50R17 91V7Jx17 ET55
225/45ZR17 91W7Jx17 ET55
225/45ZR18 91W7.5Jx18 ET55
235/40ZR18 91W7.5Jx18 ET55
245/40ZR18 91W8Jx18 ET55
245/35ZR19 89W8.5Jx19 ET55

In order to make this sustainable ;
  1. Please list your wheel sizes with width*diameter, offset (e.g. 8Jx18 ET40)
  2. Please list your tire size with width*ratio, diameter (e.g. 225/45 r18)
  3. Post one link to picture(s) demonstrating how hellaflush is your set up.
  4. Contact individuals through PMs if you want additional information or pictures.

I am currently on stock 225/45/18 and need to replace tyres.
I want to fit all season tyres as I travel to a part of France where "Special equipment" is required between 31 October and 31 March. All season tyres with the "Snowflake" symbol qualify as such.
I am considering going for 215/50/18 as the additional profile works better in snow. I did something similar with my Legacy Twinscroll and had no problems.
If I fit the 50 profile tyres the speedo will still overread but not by so much, so still legal. Reducing the width to 215 keeps the overall dimensions very similar.

Can anyone foresee any problems I may encounter? Comments would be much appreciated.

I fitted 225/50/18's to my '15 and they rubbed on the guards like a bastard. I tried moulding the guard using a heat gun but it didn't work and the rubbing at hard lock continued so I got rid of them.
