spare wheel

Hi all Want to get a spare wheel for my JDM levorg, after having a tyre issue the glue couldn't fix, would rather not have to pay for another tow. Does anyone have a spare stock wheel or know where i can get one or something similar Im in South island new Zealand Currently running 245/40/R18...
