Installation of X Force varex catback exhaust fail.

Hi all,

Just chasing opinions wrt my xforce varex installation.
It has been quite a frustrating experience.
After waiting 3 months for the delivery of the system. According to the authorised installer the system just does not fit.
There is minimal clearance as seen in the photos and the muffler is touching the plastic. The installer rightfully questioned the fitment and subsequently removed the system and replaced it with the stock system.
In addition the “smart” box seems not to work. Been unable to connect via Bluetooth.

The installer has contacted xforce for further advice. I’m waiting before contacting the supplier.

Very disappointing experience so far 3 strikes.

Just an update to the drama.

The supplier has confirmed that it was a manufacturing fault that caused the mis-fitment. As such they are organising to pick up the faulty exhaust.

Should I wait for a replacement or get a full refund?

Decisions Decisions Decisions.

Should the supplier/manufacturer be liabkle for the cost of the unsucessful installation?

organizing pick up, sweet. would they drop off a replacement unit at the same time though ?
