Latest firmware for STARLINK Levorg VN5

I own a Subaru Levorg VN5 2020 (JDM version) with the large vertical infotainment display STARLINK — same type as in the new Outback / Forester / WRX models.
The main issue is that my head unit still runs on an old firmware version, and I can’t find any updates available for the Japanese market.
For U.S. and other regions, Subaru officially provides multimedia firmware updates on their websites (via USB or OTA), but the Japanese domestic market seems to have no public source for these files.

Does anyone know where I can download the latest firmware for the JDM Levorg VN5 head unit, or maybe how Japanese dealers perform these updates?

Any info, links, or personal experience would be greatly appreciated.

Hey welcome along. Throw up some photos of your car. Where are you based and did you import it yourself? Not sure there are many of them in the forum here with your car.
