de-badging and de-chroming are on my list of things to do. Looks so much cleaner without the badges and no chrome.

Andyh3 - I am debadging my rear hatch shortly. Just waiting for the temperatures to climb up above freezing. The badges are yours, if you want them. Where you at? Im in Norway. Hit me up with a PM?

There will be a ‘Subaru’, an ‘AWD’ and a ‘Levorg’.

Hi Mate,
I've started de-chroming my Levorg and so that it's reversible I'm using matt black vinyl wrap with I cut to a rough shape, apply and then trim with a sharp knife. Super easy to do.

Here's the beforeand after of the chrome bits in the front bar that I hateIMG_4896.jpg IMG_4897.jpg

so you did the same for the rear badges, wrapped them?
Haven't done the badges as yet, as i'm deciding whether to remove them or black them. If i go down the black them path i'll do the same as Ghost HTX mentions which is to use Plasti Dip. I've used it before on my wife's 86, great stuff, just need to make sure you cover everything to minimise overspray, especially if you do it outdoors.

A hot tip when using Plasti Dip, use a toothpick when removing the plasti dip from the areas that can't be covered by tape (eg in between the lettering) as it lessens the chances of damaging the paint work
