Well done, that mesh looks really nice.... Shame about the small finishing bits, I had some of my chrome clip things break also they are so brittle. And the result completely changes the look..... Congrats

Yeah it's actually easier than it sounds, I actually didn't completely remove the bumper, after you pull the top clips from under the lights the bumper was able to drop down and gave me enough room to undo the screws that hold the grill. So didn't need to undo light fittings etc.

Really interested to see if you do the mesh mod however, I ran out of time to do mine but can be done, I was going to use some angle aluminium to form shape of the opening to give the mesh something to attach too...and hid the edge's. Just an idea...

I was seriously thinking of doing this mod, ended up just wrapping the chrome part with black satin wrap, so pretty quick and straight forward and happy enough with how it looks... Then did all the rest of the chrome with a combination of wrap and plastic dip, had a qoute for $ 590. 00, so did...

Member from nz here, I have a MY14 imported from Japan 1.6 gt-s. So has the bilstien shocks, this has all the same issues of the front hitting the stops and flappy back end, not cool at all. I will research what can be done here to fix it and post for any other nz fellas. Good luck all, shame...

Ilbrec, cheers man just changed my import to English, so changed the MFD and main unit, the key was to look for 言語 within the menus as the translation is language... Easy.
