change default cruise control increments

Hi, is it possible to change the 5kph default cruise control increments to single increments...e.g. one click up currently goes from 80kph to 85kph unless I have my foot on the accelerator at the time I set it EXACTLY where I want it. Thank you. I've tried to finely set it up or down with a...
