Changing cruise control increments

Hi, is it possible to change the 5kph default cruise control increments to single increments...e.g. one click up currently goes from 80kph to 85kph unless I have my foot on the accelerator at the time I set it EXACTLY where I want it. Thank you. I've tried to finely set it up or down with a sensitive push up or down but can't avoid the 5kph increments.

Press and hold lets you go up in 1kmph increments.

Takes a bit of practice, if you hold too long it shoots up.
