battery report at service fake....

hearing from a few subaru owners that during the service they are getting a text saying the battery is dead... and to approve a new one.. i declined the extra repair $366 quote.. went to battery expert 10 minutes down the road.. battery is 97% and perfect..

am i alone in not trusting the subaru dealership?

Would that be from many subaru dealers, or just a few select ones ? because mine is rather excellent (but not really close do you )

i hear it happens in sydney also. they dont actually reply to customer comments in emails back to them either... ignore and pretend it didnt happen.
