Hello from Japan!

Howdy, folks! STiBrian here.
I'll just go ahead and repost what's in my profile, since that's basically an intro:
Born in the US, moved to Japan in 1993.
Drove a 1986 Toyota Soarer 2.0GT Twin Turbo for a few years, which was fun, then a 2006 Nissan Note until 2024...not as much fun, but an excellent little family car.
Then the real fun started in 2024 when I bought a brand new Subaru Levorg STi Sport R EX Black Interior Selection (VNH-D) and began my life as a dedicated Subarist! Fantastic car all around...should have gone Subaru years ago!
I've been adding STi parts little by little (mufflers, tower bar, front/rear draw stiffeners) but want to start adding some horsepower, too. Without voiding the warranty, if possible!

Welcome along. Is that the 2.4 or the 1.8 model? How is the economy on it for fuel?

Jarocki, mine’s the 2.4 model. After having it for a little over a year now, the overall fuel economy is 8.1kpl. On the highway it can get up to about 17…the best I remember was 16.8. I’ve seen some YouTube videos where they’ve gotten it up to around 19 on the highway, but I’ve never gotten close to that.
I think it all really depends on how much of your foot you put into it! I’ve had a lot of fun with it over this past year!
