Levorg 1.6t juddering and when driving alone

Hi all uk bloke here

Just bought a levorg as above been fine for a few days now it's starting to juddering when on motorway at 60to 70 mph and doesn't feel it's holding gears when it pretends to change it's a bit lumpy

Only just got it !

Use it everyday for work so wondering if it's fluid or issues with gearbox

Sorry to hear that, doesn't sound right. No issues like that with mine. Gearboxes are usually really smooth normally, usual complaint is the engine revs a lot when you push..

Sorry to hear that but AFAIK if the gear slips then it is not just fluid issue. Definitely CVT, most probably cone is worn. Proffessional mechanics should check on this.

Check the basics first. Wheel balancing, sticky caliper
Also, check with subaru as they have a 100,000 mile warrenty on the box

Do I go to Subaru UK to ask about the box as it's a 2016 model ...

I think we only get the 5 year warranty in the UK, not 100,00 mile in the UK.

Sorry for long delay took car back to dealer and ended up having a fight with them ! They did a scota report stating there's nothing wrong with it .. even though its still juddering! So can't give it back .. not had the money or time to get it looked at so it's now sitting on my driveway doing nothing.. paying for a car I'm not using ... Also had a stroke so not been feeling upto it .. cheesed off to say the least .. spoke with Subaru who went through bits found out that it's been remapped.. so they won't touch it ! In a right mess .. .. ive had enough stress !!!! .. not sure what to do ? Subaru said 3600 for gearbox and about the same for labour ... Can't afford that at all .. feed up .. the garage in Birmingham are a bunch of arse ***** ...

Garages in the UK have to give 6 months warranty by law.
It's easy for me to say as I'm not dealing with the garage but they have to fix it. Call citizens advice as they will advise you accordingly.
You may end up having to take them to a small claims court.
Did you pay by credit card as you could use the credit card company to fight your battle.
