LHD Climate Controls

I was wondering if anyone has changed LHD climate controls into RHD climate controls. I am looking to do the AliExpress head unit swap but need different climate controls, I have found some for a reasonable price but they are out of a LHD so I was wondering if its possible to swap the controls as the sides are swapped (drivers side controls passenger and vice versa)

Can you post a picture of what you need? I have a complete Levorg head unit with CC controls. I could remove the CC bit from it if its the same as yours (RHD).
