The Levorg wheel fitment topic

i guys I am really confused by all this and would appreciate further advice.

The rims I am considering for the 2020 levorg are 18x8.5 with a 245/40/R18. They are not an offering per Subaru in Oz. So I know very little about all this stuff and would greatly appreciate any advice as shipping costs from overseas is very expensive as you guys know.

I think they are offset 55 but do not know what that term means?
