Hey, just joined.

Was hoping for some advice.

Looking at getting a set of Enkei RPF1's at 18x8.5 with a +40 offset for my 2016 GTS with a 235/40 R18 tyre.
Wondering if i'm going to have any clearance issues?

suggestions?
Cheers

I'm running a 18x8 ET44 w/ 225/45r18 which is fine.

Checking on willtheyfit for the size difference, it looks like you're gonna have 10.4mm more poke outwards. that might be too much but I can't be certain.
You can definitely search the forum in here, many other people have changed their wheel size and can provide feedback.

The WRX STI wheels I had on my car were 18x8.5, with an offset of +55, so I think a +40 would be too much. Enkei do an 18x8 et 45.
This is a good comparison site:

I'm running enkei GTC02
19x9 40+
225/40

Car is stock height. I'm looking at lowering it, but it's super close

Car doesn't rub now. But I think I'll need to roll my guards if I come down
