whining/whistling noise when heater is on

Got a recent noise only when the heater is on and goes away when turn the heater/air con off. Might be the heater blower in the glovebox from a little bit of googling. Goes up & down with acceleration it seems. Anyone come across this?

I think I got the same here, seems to go with the engine revs, possibly alternator related.
Wondering if it doesn't have to do w/ my battery being 9y old and almost killed twice, not being able to give stable enough power to the blower.

I've not had any battery problems so i cannot relate that that side of things with regards battery/alternator issue
