Quite sure you need to remove the whole center console. You can't take out the front part (including the leather sides) without removing the "back-side" part including armrest. At least not without damaging anything. But these parts are totally easy to remove:
- Remove the two screws at the back-end of the armrest piece on the sides (10mm wrench)
- Pull up the e-brake cover and remove the two philips screws underneath
- Flip the armrest part to the back (caution: If you don't remove the screws from the side as in step 1 then you might damage it)
- Just pull the front shifter cover out
- Then unscrew (I believe 2 philips screws) the silver bezel and pull it out
I have foil-wrapped my one in blue, same as all other silver parts within the door covers etc.
Winter's been quite heavy this year, so I havent actually gotten around doing anything with my vorg.
New wheels are on the way, and is supposed to be here in a month, wich will hopefully dry up the roads a bit (still got a meter of snow). First carshow is at the end of april, so the new wheels will go on then anyway.
Rear bags are making a fuss, as they've done since day one, so I sent them back for a checkup. Stock suspension as of now.
Winter has taken it's toll, so some parts needs to be repainted, and the whole car needs a proper polishing.
Done with the enginebay for now though.

Rear bags became faulty and had to be replaced. Spent 3 months trying to get a hold of the supplier, but gave up eventually and ordered new ones from another place.
The good thing is that it got lower.
Also traded in one of the cup holders for this.
Airlift controller mount. Homemade with some flaws, luckily not easily spotted.

Here's some pics of my new wheels.
Avantgarde wheels with Goodyear tires.
Spiked lug nuts is also on. The colour is matching the enginebay and calipers.
Quite happy with how it is right now, front is lowered down a tad, still not as low as I want it, but not far off. Could use some sideskirts to get it lower, and probably will eventually (maybe).
The rear cambers inn when it's on the lowest, and does not have any more camber than before in drive height.
I also have a spare wheel in the boot, and for obvious reasons, it does not fit in the wheel well.
This leaves less space for luggage, or a stroller, which I will need soon enough.
Not sure what will happen next for this, it's not driven nearly as much anymore, since I've got a daily that's alot cheaper to run. Still wash it once a week, even though it's not driven. Garage will be here in october-ish, and a little Stumpvold is coming in november.
I'm excited about both, but the smart choice isn't going to be to keep the Swan in the garage.

Good Morning, First congratulate you for the radical change of your levorg. I am still waiting for mine but I have already wanted to start modifying things although in Spain there are no dealers for the work of selling accessories and you have to buy it to Japan. My doubts are:
1- The frontbumper is the original?
2. Where do you get the skirt front bumper? It's from http://www.japanparts.com/
And finally the weather shield, where did you get it?

Same here, although you could order some parts from the dealership. No dealers besides that in Norway either.
1. The bumper is the stock one, yes. Grille, chrome delete, and skirts is what's done.
2. Got them from japanparts.com
3. The window weather shields I ordered from my local dealership.

That is without doubt the coolest ‘Vorg in Norway. I think Ive seen it on the SDCN forum as well? Congrats on the mini Stumpvold too! I can attest to the Levorgs baby stroller capacity, we have a 1,5 yo and a 5 yo
I love the de chroming - I really want to do that to mine. My Levorg is dark blue so I think it’ll look quite good - better than the stock chrome at least. Did you remove and repaint or did you wrap the parts?
How is your Vorg holding up to these Norwegian winters? Any signs of rust yet? FYI - Im living to the west of Oslo - close to Sandvika.
Is it tough to get Statens Vegvesen approval for mods? I ask because Ive never modded a car in Norway before.

Thanks! But not anymore, airlift kit and wheels are up for sale, had too much of a hasle with it to be honest. Both with quality issues (should have went with Airlift performance parts), and now with the worry about the road administration, since this is my daily again.
I do have a new project/playcar which is a bit easier to get parts with the proper documentation for, so wont give up on cars as a hobby yet..
And KW does have some coilovers with documentation, so I may have to get those.
You are right about SDCN, but I'm not the most active forum user.

I agree, don't really understand why they had to cover half the car with chrome, would look tons better in black/colour coded. Black details with colour coded mirrors would suit your car well I think.
Everything is painted, but one or two things needs a new layer of paint. It's hard to get paint to stick to chrome.
Little to no signs of rust yet, so I guess it's holding up good. Although it has been undercoated, and I suggest doing this.
Not to far from where I live then, I live about half an hour away from Jessheim.
To be honest, if you don't have the proper documentation it is impossible to get an approval for any mod by Statens Vegvesen. Suspension, exhaust, wheels, brakes, and engine modifications all need this. German TÜV or Dekra is the "easiest" to get, and some parts comes with it, so I suggest looking for these, although they usually are a bit more expensive.
How did you get those pieces out for wrapping...are there screws or do they just pull out?

Got V3's on my new project, and I do like how they ride. But the fucus is baby stumpvold and the new project car, so most likely wont spend any more money on it before I win the lottery, but I also said I wasn't going to lower it so... we'll see.

Pull out the complete center censole, and remove two screws form the underside. It's also clipped in.

Did you buy adhesive wrap material and is the wheel one of these braid on jobs? If so, how was it to fit? I looked at one of these a while back (from the USA - actually for the WRX, but its the same wheel). At 66000km my wheel (and outer drivers seat bolster) are starting to wear... But I’m absolutely broke just now (changed job in the middle of last year, so no feriepenger for me).
What is the project car you ended up buying?
Im thinking about doing the wheel with a braid on cover and covering the side bolsters of the front seats with either black or blue alcantara, to hide the wear.
Once my finances are in order, of course...
I also really want a pair of quad exit back boxes, a front and rear bumper respray, a carbon bonnet, an STI front strut brace, a set of coil overs ;(around 10mm drop is all I can manage since I live on a bumpy hill) a re map to around 210hp / 300nm, a duck tail lower spoiler (haven’t seen one, but think it would look cool?), some sort of rear diffuser to hide the removable tow hook, when Im not using it, and an STI chin spoiler.
But like you say, all this would need a lottery win...

It's material and a can of spray glue, tried with two different materials, one thick not so stretchy, and one thin stretchy (what ended up working)
Steering wheel cover is the braid on type, wasn't too difficult to do, but takes some time, and had to redo it once, since I rushed it a bit..
Steering wheel looks good underneath, but the seat bolsters are starting to wear on mine too, thought about getting new covers sewn, but it's 2-3000 nok each seat depending on material.
Got a Mini Cooper.
Wouldn't mind an exhaust with a little more sound to it, can't hear it over the noice from the tires. My front bumper has also seen better days, full of rock chips.
Haven't had any issues with 20mm lowering springs, had some butt clenching moments when it was on bags though.
Limit of our CVT boxes is around 300nm, isn't it?
I've seen someone adapt the STi diffuser to fit with the tow hook, so it is possible.
Looked into getting a spoiler for mine too, but shit started happening with the suspension, and had to fix it, so didn't have anything to spend on a spoiler or two.
Bucket seat, harnesses, and a half cage for the project first, then maybe I'll get some new parts for the Vorg

Great! Occasional offroad Levorg interests me. So how much higher is this comapred to stock height? I'm looking to get some adjustable coilovers and the dealer asked what upper and lower range I would like, compared to stock. This 'looks' about right for offroad to me.Offroad mode

This about 85-90% of max height, rear go a bit higher than the front, but it will be adjusted eventually. Going 2cm lower on the rear and 1cm on the front to bring the fenders closer to the rims.
