Success! Lights ordered from Taiwan, delivered and installed. I had to modify the supplied wiring because the boot light in the Outback must use a different connector to the Levorg, but other than that the only challenge was removing the trim panels! Thanks for the help!

Thanks. They look to be pretty much identical, I guess I'll order a set of the lights and find out once and for all! If the panels are the wrong size am I right in thinking I could removed the LED units and cut the right size holes in the panels from my outback?
