Worth checking about installing the SVM. I have no idea but i would say the connection is there ready to go. What model JDM is yours? Strange it didn't come with it alredy. Mine did. It's a GT-S.

Yes correct when i was down there but the engine light was off at that time so came up as a past one if that makes sense

Problem solved. Threada on the strut where the centre nuts fixes were goosed. Spacer washer installed between top mount and nut. Noise gone away. Was clearly a little loose.

Got this issue resolved yesterday and noise is gone. Mechanic was right that he was not happy with the threads on the strut and the way the centre nut was fixed. He added spacer washer under the centre nut on the top mount and was able to get a proper fit on the strut itself. Problem gone and...

Update. Got it working. The camera itself was turned off in the settings of the radio itself.

Does anyone know the RAL colour of the silver wing mirror covers?

Thanks i'll go into the settings of the unit to see if anything comes up about the reversing camera. Yes i did that set up screen a while ago. Don't recall reversing came pop up? I also read somewhere about the voltage being different when aftermarket unit being installed for the reverse camera...
