Grille emblem removal

Hi,
Can anyone offer me advice on how to remove the main Subaru emblem on the front grille? Is it secured to the grille with adhesive/double sided tape, clips or screws/fasteners? I would like to remove the emblem without removing the entire front bumper.
Ive saw images online of the backside of a fully removed front bumper but can not work out how the emblem is attached to the grille

I removed mine without taking the grill off. I used a heat gun and some plastic pry tools. didn't come off nicely, couldn't reuse.
I was replacing with a new one though so didn't mind if got a bit bent.
Was a pain but got there

Heres the back of the stock grill, no screws just locator tabs.
