Levorg Type A C D ??

Hey all quick question that google doesnt have answer to

When buying parts online allot of retailers say will fit Type D levorg or only for Type A

Do the letters Denounce years or something similar

I'm suspecting that it denotes equipment specification that is standard safety fitment, not optional extras. I'm thinking specifically the eyesight system. Even my 2017 registered FB16 Levorg never had it, possibly because it was manufactured before August 2017.

There is a diff #V code for sti as well hey or is it still VMG?
