G'day Lagunos, You say this is for your dog? The second point on the 'PLEASE NOTE' section on the link you posted above says:-
"This product is not suitable for use with pets."
But if you still want to use it, there is also a "Click Here for installation Instructions" link on that same page.
Looks like no mods whatsoever are required, just remove a couple of OEM bolts, whack the cage in, and bolt it up with the new included hardware
