Panasonic AVIC-RZ09 Blank Screen

Hey, my Pioneer Carrozzeria AVIC MRZ-09 shows absolutely nothing on screen. I hear it, it lights up and the touch screen works but I can see nothing.
Any ideas? Ive seen people saying try a reset but Im not seeing how I can. If anyone has that model and has sorted this issue before... let me know how, please.

Could disconnect the battery and reconnect? See if that helps.

Update: tried the above and nothing.
The screen 'progressed' from nothing to what may have been a flashing backlight with the occasional flashing lines.
A few days ago whilst ejecting a DVD, all power went. I checked both fuses and they looked ok - I did an eyetest only.
I can only surmise it's the cable or the unit itself but that's too big a task for me to extract it.
If anyone has a longshot idea to get the power back at least, let me know.

A cable in the back may have vibrated loose.
Maybe get someone to remove the radio to check the connections.

When you disconnected the battery, did you do it for 10mins.
