Hey,
Has anyone tried WRX suspension parts on the Levorg? Cusco sells the same front and rear sway bar parts for WRX and Levorg, maybe more will fit?
It seems it's a bit easier to get a hold of WRX parts.

I put stock WRX shocks and springs in my Levorg.
Very happy with the results.
Cheap too! 20170319_113332.jpg

Much stiffer.
Rides just like a wrx now.
And About 5mm higher.

Is that with bilstein b8 for the Wrx? Or have they made some for the Levorg yet? I run standard dampers and H&R lowering springs (for Levorg) on mine, and it helps with stiffening it up, and makes the stance a lot better.

Hi! Yes, Bilstein B8 used on Levorg are the same as WRX 06.14- Eibach springs too because WRX and Levorg wear exactly the same. If interested, I can give you the exact codes of both products, because it's very hard to find them, also directly on Bilstein catalogue. :)

P.S. Normally (not in Europe, definitely, we do not have any stock Bilstein here :-( ) on Levorgs and WRXs are mounted Bilstein B6 not B8. Remember that because is very important. B8 are Shortened shock absorbers (shorter of normal B6 used on stock japanese Levorg and WRX STI). Eibach pro kit is designed ad hoc for these B8 shortened absorbers. If you use Eibach pro kit springs on Bilstein B6 (the "stock", in Japan at least, Bilstein used on Levorg and WRX) you will have an extra 30 % consumption of the shock absorber, for instance, because the Shock absorber won't work properly (but it works, anyway, simply is not suggested because of this extra consumption due to the lenght of B6 that is longer than B8). The same in Europe, if you change only the springs with Eibach pro kit, you will have an extra 30% stock shock absorbers consumption also if they are not Bilstein.

P.P.S Always ask and check about shock absorber consumption if you want to change only the springs. Usually is an operation not suggested because of this problem. Lowering the car changing only the springs generates this kind of problem.

FYI Bilstein Japan have developed a set specifically for the Levorg.
Too much generic. More info... :) Do you mean B16? I mean, the B6 and B8 are not adjustable. Than you have the "race ones" but in Italy, at least, you should not, and cannot, use them on the road. it's not legal cause they are not homologated. (Don't let me say that it's very difficult that someone comes to look to your dampers... :) )

Obviously there's no match. Do you agree? :)

P.S On the WRX STI S207 (limited 400 pieces edition 2016) they mounted Bilstein dumpmatic II that are an evolution but I don't think they are on Levorg STI (which is only Japanese domestic market)

Here we are! Yes. The B16. Are available, but not stock. :) Now I understand better also "specific". You meant suitable. The dumpmatic II on WRX s207 are more "specific" in the way the line was "almost designed" for that car. In fact you couldn't find them right on the catalogue... I became crazy months ago trying to find them. No way... B16 is a "common line" (the best one, don't misunderstand me, of Bilstein) suitable for a lot of different cars, Levorg too. :)

I would like the numbers for the bilstein shocks atleast. If the springs don't specifically say Levorg they are illegal in Norway.
KW suspension has a set of adjustable coilovers with homologation papers for WRX btw, but since the papers don't say Levorg i can't use them legally.

Considered the Tein's? Coilovers specific for the Levorg, different rates than the wrx. I'm super happy with mine. Also the b18s cost an absolute fortune.

Yes, the only problem is the rules in Norway, I have not found any homologation papers for them. If I mount them on the car and get caught, they will remove the plates, and, depending on how low the car is, take the drivers license. H&R seems to be the only supplier this far who's taken the time to get homologation papers for the Levorg.

Homologation - every aftermarket part, wich alters stance, or improves anything (height of car, bigger brakes, better flowing airfilter or exhaust, etc.), needs to be tested by an independent laboratory (like TÜV)

I think Tein is a reasonable solution ! Norwegian homologation apart....;) ahahah Right, Stumpvold? :)
