Tow Bar tongue / ball interchangeable?

Wondering if you can use Tongue/ ball system from Forester / outback for Levorgs? Are they same specs?
Looking for one to fit gts levorg 2016 and can only find ones second hand for other models.

I'm thinking about getting one of those platforms for bicycles to sit on. I'm wondering if a legacy one would fit.
