I got a hardwire kit for my dashcam which has an adjustable voltage cutoff (I set it at 12.2v). Would you know where I can tap this on the fuse box that has constant power even when the engine is off? So far I only found an ACC fuse slot which provides power with the car turned on.
Which fuse in the fuse box has constant 12V even when the car is off?

Under the dash there is a white plug hanging not connected anywhere. Find it and tap into wire no 1. It's constant 12v

Hey guyz I don’t have a spare white hanging plug any other ideas? I’ve tried all 3 B+ fuses in the interior fuse box no luck

are you sure_? it is standard on all late model Subarus. just look up under the steering column and wiggle the wires up there a bit... it might be behind one of them... or tap one of the blue fuses at the bottom row in the fuse box. they have constant 12 volts
