Where are you? Specs are different in different markets, for instance, in Europe (and UK) the EyeSight system is only fitted on post 2017 cars. Sounds like you need to do a test drive to find out noise levels etc, they're very subjective.
It's worth pointing out that yours is a non-turbo 2L -...
I went in the other side, ran the cable through this spare grommet next to the master cylinder. Poke the wire through this, and it comes out up behind the pedals
I fitted a similar kit to my 2017 car, I wired it directly to the battery after trying different spare fuse slots and failing to get anything to work. It's the control box that needs constant power.
I've been running my UK 1.6 at 294 Nm (216 lb/ft) for nearly 2 years now with no problems. My gearbox is TR580 R58BA. Mid range acceleration is very much improved, and 0-60 mph is nearly 2 seconds quicker.
Sure. They're Traklite Gear 17x7.5 et45 currently running 225/50x17 tyres. No longer made sadly. Same construction and weight as an Enkei RPF1, which are readily available at a price. The weight saving of these wheels and tyres over the WRX STI 18x8.5 with 245/40 tyres is 6.8 kg per corner...
No rubbing, and obviously they don't rub on the WRX STI, which is probably lower than a standard Levorg. You should be fine. They are noisier though, and heavy, I've sold mine and run on the lightweight 17s, improves the ride and handling.
It's primary purpose is not sound deadening :
"The resonator is there to make more power and help the engine breathe more efficiently by dampening secondary and tertiary harmonic waves within the intake. Sound dampening is a byproduct of the increased flow efficiency. Air flows in waves, so...
Very very nice Robsy. And a fabulous looking Hawk too. How are you finding the CVT? There's a lot of negativity on the forums, mostly from people who've never driven one. Personally I really like it, it suits the car well.
You'd be better off trying to find a 2017-2018 1.6 turbo, same gizmos (Eyesight system etc) but better performance and a much better drive. There's only a few about, so quite hard to find. I've had mine 3 years now and have no plans to change it. Here's a 1.6 with similar mileage to the one...
If it's a 2020 car, I guess it's a 2 litre non turbo?
Mines a1.6 turbo, and my real world overall average over 3 years is 34 mpg. On a long run, 40 mpg is easy to get. Around town, it's not hard to get 28 mpg. Depends how you drive it. It uses 95 ron E10.
2017 UK 1.6 - my overall average (mixed driving) is 12 km/L, (34 mpg), and on a long motorway run I can get 14.16 km/L (40 mpg). Not bad for a awd turbo, and, from my experience with many, it's damn good for a Subaru.
Since you're already on 17s, the only option is to go lighter. I went from STI 18x8.5 wheels with 245/40 tyres to flow formed lightweight wheels 17x7.5 with 225/50 tyres, giving a weight saving of 7kg per corner. This reduction in unsprung weight made a massive difference to the ride and general...
I had the rack replaced under warranty, so the dealer sourced it from Subaru. partsouq.com is a possibility though. The only parts I've needed during my 3 years ownership have been brake pads, easily found on eBay.
I have the TDI tuning box, mpg is similar to standard if not better, performance much increased. I have a throttle controller too (Sprintbooster). You have to notify your insurance co.
