I had my 2 litre jdm (best spec) version imported for 20k. 55,000 miles on the clock and although the cvt fears are in the back of my head, not sure why as it's known the sti cvt is uprated, I know that if it blows, I'll either do a manual conversion or see if a different box fits.

Did you ever cut them out. Can someone tell us what type of bulb each one is. I'd like to take the lenses off once I have the bulbs rather than remove the lesne and have to wait.

Edited as all is working now. The instructions show a yellow wire that you need to connect to in the door. A youtube video shows this as green. In my jdm it is a peach colour.

If its anything like my touran, there's an electrical buzz followed by a click as it locks in place. As it locks in it makes a waterproof seal.
